Service Satisfaction

Assuredluxury is committed to providing high-quality sewing and repair services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the results.

Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with completed work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge, provided the requested changes are within the scope of the original agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that do not meet agreed-upon specifications. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances.

Item Pickup

Completed items must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. Items not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding pickup.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution with items in our care, please inspect your items upon pickup. Report any concerns immediately. Assuredluxury is not responsible for damage that occurs after items leave our premises.
